Description
Plantpress.com states: The goldilocks aster is well named since its bright yellow, flowers are all clustered together at the top of its long stem. The long, thin leaves spiral around the stem, clothing it completely from the base up to the flowerhead.
This cheerful plant likes a dry position on a calcareous soil and little shade. It is very rare in the wild in Britain, growing on limestone sea-cliffs. This is a good source of nectar for bees.
